Payment of admission fee and subscrptions in full is mandatory at the time of enrollment and is valid for 12 months from the date of enrollment.

The Membership fee is non-refundable after the member attend the first business meeting.

There is no cancellation policy as its non-refundable after attending the meeting. However we will allow member to cancel the membership before the first meeting in such case we pay 100% payment paid by the member less INR 1000/- towards administrative expenses.

The Membership fee is non-transferable.

Attendance to meetings is mandatory except for medical and unforeseen reasons, with prior intimation to the Franchisee Head/Corporate Office up to a maximum of 2 meetings in any six months.

Trained Substitutes are allowed subject to a maximum of 3 meetings in a year.

E-Vyapar Exchange is only a facilitator and does not guarantee any business to its members.

Yearly renewal fee is payable 60 days in advance.
